Maintenance Tech I
As a Maintenance Tech I, you are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Maintenance Tech I performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and plumbing repairs.

Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm $21-$23/hr based on experience.

Job Description
The Maintenance Tech I performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. The Maintenance Tech I, with supervision and/or direction, performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair, and appliance repairs. The Maintenance Tech I completes apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touchup painting, and restoring apartments to original condition.
What you will bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
Must have high school degree or equivalent.
Preferred technical experience and/or schooling.
Preferred 1+ years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
