The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
1-3 years general maintenance experience
EPA certification
A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
