Our Maintenance Technician is a critical member of our team who many times can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. The position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.
Our East River Property is located in Moorhead, MN.

Experience, Education, and Licensure:
• A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Company vehicle provided when working evenings/weekends for rotating on call with a premium rate paid when on-call
• Training & tools (valued at $800) are PROVIDED!
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous maintenance expereince, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
• Enjoys taking pride in seeing a job through completion
• Enjoys a career with different problems to solve during the day
• Enjoys interacting with residents while performing maintenance duties
