Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected "Jack of All Trades" team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. What You'll Do:
Supervise all maintenance and production employees
Formulate parts orders for all machines and keep an efficient and accurate inventory of all parts necessary for stock.
Take control of assigned areas of the operation to assure the completion of all tasks involved in prepack and day-to-day pack operations.
Responsible for the operation, care and up keep of all company owned tools and equipment that his/her department uses.
Champion Lakesides preventive maintenance program.
What You'll Bring:
Two years Vo-Tech Training in equipment maintenance and/or five years experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
Must have knowledge of plant sanitation regulations and any sanitation situations, which might pose a public health problem.
