WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ensure the Maintenance team is completing resident work orders and make-readies in a timely and professional manner.
Implement preventive maintenance procedures and identify/communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager.
Must have the ability to be on call (in team rotation).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
HVAC Certification is required.
Prior experience on a luxury mid rise community is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
