Job Overview
Doggie Style Pets is a local pet supplies retailer. We have 10 stores in the Philadelphia area. The Maintenance maintains and repairs the physical structures of our stores and other buildings. While not maintaining our stores and facilities, the person in this position will be assisting in our warehouse.
A vehicle capable of transporting contruction suppies and equipment is necessary for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior. This includes, but is not limited to, work in the following areas on an as-needed basis:
Plumbing troubleshooting and repair
Painting and spackling
Appliance troubleshooting and repair
Responds to maintenance issues from our stores and CEO.
Maintains a professional and service-based relationship with customers and co-workers.
Floor Buffing
Changing light bulbs
Filter changes on all HVAC units
Logistics in the warehouse
Ticketing and packing items
Driving the company vehicle
Loading and unloading boxes
Using a computer
Communication through email and phone

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting heavy items all day.
This individual must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid driver's license to travel between work sites.
