We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our team, supporting Facilities Maintenance operations. You will be responsible for Facilities preventive and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling as well as the scheduling system, which are vital to the maintenance of biopharmaceutical equipment used to manufacture our life-saving medications.

As a Maintenance Scheduler, a typical day might include the following:

• Creating and maintaining a master schedule for use by facilities management and maintenance
• Scheduling and coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance activities with manufacturing, facilities, and other business partners
• Planning work tasks to be completed by maintenance team
• Assisting in the coordination of employee and contract resources with maintenance management
• Verifying the availability of parts, tools, and safety devices for corrective and preventative maintenance
• Prioritization of maintenance tasks within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring work is assigned within the appropriate group(s)
• Managing and executing the incursion process

• Have strong time management and organizational skills to balance multiple schedules and projects at once

• Possess basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort and general familiarity with computer systems
• Have a continuous improvement mentality to identify and communicate ideas

To be considered for this position, you should have a technical certificate or AAS in engineering or construction technologies and the following minimum years of experience in a similar position for each level:

• Maintenance Scheduler I: 0+ years
• Maintenance Scheduler II: 2+ years
• Maintenance Scheduler III: 5+ years
• Maintenance Scheduler IV: 8+ years

Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement. Level will be determined based on experience relevant to the role.
