GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
Stahls Transfer Express, conveniently located near Phoenix, AZ manufactures custom heat applied transfers for apparel and more. Our transfers are used by athletic apparel dealers, T-shirt retailers, and many other markets in the U.S. and Canada.
We are a light manufacturing business that relies on many machines to successfully create our product. When the machines are down, so is productivity. That is why we need a Maintenance Technician familiar with preventative maintenance schedules and basic troubleshooting abilities to join our family.
What you'll be doing
Complete work orders from ticketing system and update same
Complete preventative maintenance as scheduled
Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers, managers and vendors
Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Circuit testing, calibration and troubleshooting of electronic or electro-mechanical components and systems
Able to works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions
Able to diagnose and isolate equipment and system malfunctions
Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron

What we are looking for:
Experience as maintenance technician (3-5 years preferred)
Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Preferred
Experience with Mimaki, Richmond and other CTS machines
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Shift
3rd shift (9:30 p.m. - 6 a.m.) Occasional overtime and weekends may be required.
