Job Summary:

Kelly Services on behalf of a Plastic Manufacturer Company in Mansfield, MA is Looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians for maintenance of Thermoforming, Extrusion and General Utilities Equipment (e.g., Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, Chillers, etc.).

Duties include, but are not limited to, Troubleshooting and repair advanced Thermoforming Machinery, Sheet Extruders, including Material Handling Equipment, as well as general plan utilities.

As a Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure interminable and efficient running of production. Be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

On-the-job training is provided in order to improve your skills, so a willingness to learn is a must in this position. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with Shift Supervisors and other co-workers.

The goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly on your shift, in order to maximize efficiency and profits.
