Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a local Maintenance Manager in New York! The qualified candidate will lead all plant maintenance and assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and effective use of all resources
• Supervise and coach all direct reports
• Ensure compliance to all regulations
• Direct mechanics in approved maintenance work
• Assign and inspect all preventative maintenance work orders
• Assign and track all skills training and development on each maintenance team member
• Ensure safe work practices throughout the facility
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting work equipment
• Report all work through CMMS
• Familiar with SQF 2000 Systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years maintenance supervisor experience
• Experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of GMP, EPA, and OSHA
• Experience in continuous improvement activities
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
