Description: Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE MANAGER in NE
REQUIREMENTS: Education: •Two-year degree required. Technical certification preferred. Experience exceeding 4 years may be substituted on a year for year basis. Experience: Four years minimum required •A minimum of two years management experience, in managing people, coaching, counseling, leading, mentoring, training, performance feedback, etc. •Experience in industrial maintenance heavily preferred •Troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to teach others. •Ability to work with materials such as metals, plastics, piping, wiring, concrete, machine components, lubricants, solvents, fittings, fasteners, power transmission equipment, belting, steam, and compressed air. •Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (verbally and written) •Ability to explain, teach, and coach processes, procedures, and concepts. •Ability to provide constructive and timely feedback. •Basic computer skill (email, CMMS)
