Job Overview

Maintenance Lead

Mercer Landmark is in search of a Full Time first shift Maintenance Lead for our facility in Celina, Ohio.

Maintenance Lead Job Duties:

Perform all preventative maintenance.
Complete unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
Perform basic electrical trouble shooting
Mechanical trouble shooting
Moderate fabrication as needed.
Conduct all work activities in compliance with the company safety and environmental standards and programs.

Maintenance Lead Qualifications:

Prior Millwright experience preferred
Prior Industrial Maintenance experience required (five years experience preferred)
Proficient with computers
High school diploma or equivalent required (secondary education preferred)
Thorough knowledge of the proper techniques to maintain industrial equipment
Proficient with critical thinking, logical problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
Experienced and knowledgeable with mechanical equipment trouble shooting and repair electrical trouble shooting and repair and controls trouble shooting and repair.
Strong coaching and communication skills, the ability to manage time and workloads effectively
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work at heights.
