OB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 6am to 3pm; Monday - Friday ; Hourly Pay Rate = $20

Maintain McLane Carrollton corporate office. Maintain and operate HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing. General maintenance on all aspects of buildings, including furniture, floors, windows, walls, and ceilings. Meet with and oversee contractors on certain projects and repairs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:

• Understand an operate heating and air conditioning systems.
• Understand electricity and make minor repairs as needed.
• Make minor plumbing repairs to fixtures and water lines.
• Disassemble and reconfigure various brands of furniture.
• Perform general repairs on any building components.
• Perform any other duties as necessary not necessarily maintenance.

INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A teammate in this position must:

• Have at least 3 years maintenance experience.

• Have working knowledge of electric and manual hand tools.
• Have basic knowledge in plumbing.
• Have electrical and heating/AC knowledge
• Have communication skills.
• Be able to work in a team; teamwork mentality a MUST
• Have record keeping and job log skills.
• Represent McLane's beliefs and values.
• Be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Works in office environments as well as mechanical rooms and outdoors.
• This position may require work in hot and cold temperature extremes and exposure to dust, dirt, fumes noise, potentially harmful chemicals, solvents and components, and workings in close to proximity to other teammates.
• Be reachable by phone after hours in an emergency.
• Hours are 6am to 3pm; Monday - Friday
• Occasional overtime is needed to complete projects.
