Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician at our Nicolet Plant in De Pere, Wisconsin. This individual will perform skilled electrical and instrumentation maintenance functions such as troubleshooting, repair, and installation of equipment. We offer new hire vacation based on prior experience and paid lunch breaks. New hires start betwee $25.00 - $33.00/hour based on experience. Earn $1,300 in retention bonuses within 9 months!

Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Qualified candidates will have one or more of the following:
Journeyman card in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent
Associate Degree or currently enrolled in a related degree program
Current apprentices in a related trade
Electrical abilities with a desire to enter an apprenticeship program
Equivalent experience
Understand digital distributive control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC) (both programming and troubleshooting), variable speed drive systems with analog and digital regulators, power distribution and motor controls, AC variable frequency drives, control loops, and personal computer and related software.
Experience with Cutler Hammer motor controls, Allen Bradley AC / Reliance DC drives, Allen Bradley PLCs, voltages up to 4160V, and Fisher control valves.
Mechanical skills are a plus.
Highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays once required training and certification is complete.
Must follow Ahlstrom-Munksjo's manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable to the position's areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper.
