Job Type Full-time Description An employee in the Maintenance Department performs work activities in relation to the maintenance and repair of Plant equipment and buildings. The Maintenance Coordinator responsibilities will include parts procurement, purchase flow tracking, supply chain involvement, vendor management, inventory control, data entry and parts receiving. The position will also be responsible for work and project requests, preventative maintenance program, internal maintenance audits, repair support, etc. The majority of this work is performed indoors in ambient weather conditions, which fluctuates in temperature extremes from + 32oF to + 110oF. Requirements KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform spare parts inventory management and auditing on a regular basis; publishes weekly spare part cycle count results to the maintenance management team. Manages work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders. Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes. Serves as a Tier 1 support for facilities team. This can be assisting in projects and repairs. Parts procurement through purchasing system. Vendor relations. Excellent written and verbal skills. Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Knowledge of basic machine or industrial parts is a plus. 1-2 years prior experience within a production or large parts and service environment Ability to type 40 WPM Multi-tasking and ability to handle a dynamic, diverse environment. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
