This position is responsible for the eAM system to include parts inventory, requisition of parts, work orders, parts orders, reports and all data entry into the eAM system. Assuring data integrity in the eAM system is consistent. Preparing purchase orders in Oracle. Supporting the Excellence Areas is Safety, Quality, Service People, Cost and Housekeeping. This position is also the point of contact for contractors and vendors with annual contracts (i.e. Tennant, Arbon, and Raymond Handling).
• Order parts as required by eAM system
• Maintain inventory
• Requisition parts out
• Vendor contact for ETA of parts and pricing
• Receive and stock all MRO items
• Set up and maintain stock room using eAM
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
• Previous purchasing experience
• Previous inventory maintenance experience
