The position will l ead the OMS America's maintenance consultancy team , improving performance and growth in turnover and profit. Identify and implement improvements in order to achieve operating efficiency, people capability and customer focus. Support the achievement of maintenance consultancy strategic objectives, whilst consistently ensuring expenditure is maintained in line with budget. With the assistance of Wood Growth & Development colleagues increase the growth of services and projects delivered. Develop and drive the growth the maintenance consultancy service line as well as taking a leading role in the preparation of ITT packages with technical and commercial input.

Responsibilities will included:
- Drive development and capability improvement for all levels within the maintenance consultancy service line
- Provide disciplineSME support to the America's maintenance team, ensuring all scope and deliverables meet the Wood quality standards.
- Form part of the global steering committee responsible for the ongoing improvement of Integrated Maintenance Database(IMD)toolset
- Be the custodian to the existing suite of CMMS data templates, standards, and procedures
- Undertakedatapeer review checks andQA/QC
- Define and maintain CMMS data training and competency standards
- Deliver effective P&L management of budgeted revenue, generating maximum profit performance
- Develop robust procedures and processes ensuring deliverables comply with client technical specifications, industry frameworks and legislation
- Build the full suite of maintenance services and maintenance consultancy capabilities, especially in areas of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) Modelling
- In conjunction with other OMS Managers ensure the maximisation of all sales potential across our full range of services
- Improve the capability at all levels within the maintenance department and ensure alignment to the business objectives
- Build and improve the Wood maintenance advisory services to help our customers achieve improved value through maintenance optimization projects.
- Act as the senior Wood project sponsor through the execution of major Wood project initiatives
Business Development and Growth
- Provide support to the business development process to identify and win new work
- Customer engagement in support of Business development and proposals.
- Provide input to and review Proposals, ensuring appropriateness of offering and resources to client needs
Leadership
- Is an advocate and role model for ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Drive HSSEA culture and performance across the project management community.
- Set the long-term direction for the project management function and formulate plans to meet them.
- Manages direct reports including accountability for recruitment, salary and job change actions, performance and capability management, career progression, training and development.
- Coaches, mentors and empowers others to make decisions within established parameters
- Ensure the development of personnel to take more senior roles as their career progresses.
Governance, Policies and Procedures
- Develop, own and maintain the maintenance services quality assurance processes and procedures in line with Wood policies and requirements and global best practice.
- Responsible for Project Delivery Assurance and governance such as:
- Competence processes (eg Authorised Engineers)
- Proposal Execution Reviews
- Risk Categorisation
Skills / Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong leadership skills and significant experience in maintenance
- Enhanced project management skills and focus on delivery
- Experience in running multi-disciplined teams
- Ability to identify sales development opportunities and work with customers to deliver results
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L targets management & reporting
- Support the financial performance, process, and system compliance improvements for the department
- Assist in the development of appropriate KPIs for the department
