Full-Time Maintenance Assistant

Cornerstone At Hampton is seeking a hardworking and dedicated professional to join our team as a full time Maintenance Associate!
At our community, priority number one is the enhancement of each resident's Quality of Life. We focus on the whole person, not just the treatment of their most basic physical or cognitive needs. Our method is to individualize a plan of care for each resident, providing just the right combination of services to optimize their overall well-being, independence, personal dignity and enrichment.
Availability
8am-4pm Monday-Friday
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Handle service maintenance calls from residents. Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy duty cleaning, assuring that the entire community is kept clean on a consistent basis.
Preform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks.
Assist with apartment turnover with rapid turnaround.
Assist with model apartment set-up. Moving furniture to and from storage.
Handle snow removal and salt on walkways, sidewalks and entryways, as well as clearing residents vehicles during snowstorms.
