- Demonstrate safe work habits and comply with company safety requirements (General PPE provided by Lozier and safety shoe reimbursement program available).
- Ability to work on projects directed by Supervisors, Engineers, or Journeyman Technicians (Wiring, welding, drilling, etc.).
- Ability to work weekends and daily overtime.
- Willingness to help grow and create change in a fast pace environment.
- Willingness to participate in a paid Apprenticeship Program to further advance your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Basic knowledge of various manufacturing or production equipment
- Knowledge of good PM practices to help seek Operational Excellence
