Personnel Resources is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Eufaula, Alabama to provide technical support for a leading company. Will have to train onsite for 4-6 weeks and could work on-site or remote. Candidates must have flexible availability as shifts will vary every 8 weeks. Shifts range from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9:30 am-6:30 pm. Candidates must also be available to work some Saturdays as needed.

Job duties include:

Working with customers to troubleshoot equipment, provide technical support
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Must have strong customer service skills
