Locksmith Plus, Inc. is looking to hire dispatchers immediately.
We're currently in need of locksmith dispatchers, to serve as the liaison between our Customers and our Technicians working in the field. In this position you will answer incoming calls from Customers and quickly dispatch job information to Technicians. You will also handle incoming calls from our, in the field, service technicians, make minimal outgoing calls to existing customers and handle incoming and outgoing emails.
Job Duties will include:
Answering incoming phone calls quickly & professionally
Interacting politely & efficiently with Customers
Relaying job details to Technicians via dispatch software accurately
Managing jobs from start to finish to ensure successful job closure
Utilizing software integrated messaging and a multi-line phone system for communication.
Following up with customers after jobs are completed.
Job Requirements:
Fast learner
Intermediate computer skills
Superior multi-tasking skills
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly changing
Excellent phone & customer service skills
Dispatch experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude always a requirement
Know how to use google related software (g-mail, maps, docs, drive etc)
Our office operates 24/7, So our dispatchers need to have flexible availability! WE DO NOT OFFER SET SCHEDULES. Sometimes you MAY BE required to work MIXED shifts in any given week (you will know ahead of time if your schedule requires this).
Although we always do our best to keep some kind of stability within your schedule each week, Please don't expect a SET schedule that never changes, we are a small team and cannot offer that at this time.
We're in of need people for a variety of 1st, and 2nd shifts IMMEDIATELY!
