Physicians Mutual is hiring full time Licensed Agents to take applications and conduct phone conversations with potential customers. Strong communication skills and phone experience are preferred. Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educates interested customers on Company products and offers solutions.
• Completes applications for new enrollment and transferred leads.
• Handles and places calls from television, radio, and mail advertising.
• Customer focused to maintain 97% satisfaction rating with no high-pressure sales.
• Possesses strong active listening and strong communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and telephone technologies.
• Ability to perform in a fun and goal-oriented environment.
• A State Insurance License is required.
