My client owns a well-branded agency and is looking for a new P & C licensed customer service rep to take over an established book of business. The position is open due to agency growth. You will be handling policy changes, taking payments, handling billing issues, helping with claims questions, answering coverage questions, and working on policy renewals. You will also respond to walk-ins, requests for quotes, and recommend coverage to round out accounts. The agency has been in business a long time, the phones are busy, and you won't be bored! The office is light and airy with large workstations, a nice staff break room, and free parking. Hours are Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 5 pm with the office shutting down from 12 to 1 pm daily for lunch. No weekends are required! Compensation includes solid base salary, benefits, vacation, and bonus which averages between $10K to $12K+ per year on top of salary based on obtaining 40 apps/,mo.
