We are looking for a beauty professional to join our team as a Licensed Esthetician. We offer clients the absolute best in beauty services. As a part of our team, you consult with clients regarding skincare, hair removal, and other beauty care and services. Your position is a combination of providing education and practical services, resulting in happy clients that are empowered to take hold of their appearance and confidence. Our ideal candidate has a valid state esthetician license and experience providing a wide range of services, including massage, skincare, and waxing.
Licensed Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities
Discuss treatment needs and goals with clients
Perform beauty services like hair removal, waxing, body contouring, and others
Generate and develop new clientele
Achieve team sales goals
Licensed Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications
Completion of an esthetician or cosmetology program or extensive training under a licensed esthetician
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
State esthetician license
Prior experience as an esthetician in other roles related to beauty care, cosmetology, or related fields strongly preferred
Passion for and thorough knowledge of skincare techniques and products
Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Must be bilingual
