Job Description:
Our day spa focuses on creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our guests. In addition to providing massage therapy and infrared sauna sessions, we've expanded our skin care services to include facials. We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable licensed Esthetician to educate our guests by recommending services and products based on their needs with consistency and compliance to our brand standards.
To excel in this position, you should be self-motivated and highly customer service-oriented with a focus on building rapport. You'll be responsible for selling products, building clientele as well as providing services. If you have worked in a day spa environment before or if you're a frequent customer of spas, you'll fit right in, so please submit your application!
Responsibilities :
Greet clients promptly with a SMILE! upon arrival and guide them through our list of products a nd services
Perform facial, skin analysis, and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose
Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment need to perform technical work
Upsell facial add ons and products for commission
Encourage customers to specifically book you by inviting customers to return and offer coupons and other perks to incentive our clientele
Participate in continuing education and staff meetings
Train new estheticians as they join our staff
Provide skin care consultations for customer with troublesome skin or problem areas
Design specific sessions based on the member/guest individual needs
Stay up to date on product knowledge, current practices and beauty trends
Assist in the promotion of healthy and beautiful skin!
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Complete client chart notes accurately and timely
Manage back bar and retail inventory and inventory requests
Provide excellent guest service and WOW our customers!
Assist sales associates with client calls and bookings
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
State Esthetician License Required
Up to date Liability Insurance
Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to services provided
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, & holidays
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers, and management
Ability to sell products to our clients based on the products used while rendering services.
