We are looking for candidates with experience in the sales, restaurant, hotel and customer service industries. Experience in our industry is preferred, but the customer service industry experience is a plus.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. This is the position for you if you are looking for a career with a company that likes to promote from within. Looking currently for consultants in the Denver Metro Area.
Benefits include:
$19 - $20 per hour ($39,520 to $41,600 per year).
Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year and 5 weeks at year 10.
7 paid holidays per year which includes your birthday.
401K - Matched at 2%.
Medical insurance, Dental, Vision - 75% paid by Plenty of Places. Free $10,000 Life Insurance paid by company.

Responsibilities include:
Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments
Providing property tours
Closing and processing rental applications
Preparing residents leases and assisting with move-in coordination
Assist the community manager in the day to day operation of the community
Requirements:
Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Computer skills and property management software experience a plus
Must be available to work Saturdays
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
Background check is required
