In this role you will assist in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity, while providing high quality repair work. Performs diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment.

Lead Shop Foreman Responsibilities:

• Assign jobs and work areas to Service Department employees according to skills and knowledge
• Appraise repair orders coming into the Service Department
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Direct and assist technicians in the diagnosis and repair of equipment and assist in their development

Lead Shop Foreman Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Service Technician
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
• Ability to lead and develop others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Associate s Degree or equivalent experience required
