What You Will Be Doing
The Lead Electrical Engineer will assist project teams by creating electrical system construction documents for healthcare, higher education, and commercial building projects.
Main Duties Include
- Electrical system design, with consideration of client objectives, project budget and coordination; from concept through detailed design for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities
- Develop project specifications
- Attend project coordination meetings with client
- Mentor electrical designers
- Assist with quality assurance on projects
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering field
- Experience with National Electric Code (NEC)
- Project management experience
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
- Construction engineering with an electrical background
- AGI32 experience preferred
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam required
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, but not required
