Job description
Work under supervisor to oversee the production and guidance of crew members on job sites.
Oversee landscape installation and maintenance jobs from start to finish.
Review daily progress and anticipate the needs of the next day with the supervisor.
Accurately record & submit time and materials for each job site daily.
Ability to plan ahead when the supervisor is not immediately available.
Ensure proper use and safe keeping of company resources and equipment.
Instruct, evaluate, and train crew members to perform landscaping functions and adhere to company policies.
Maintain a high level of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years experience preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of landscape installation & maintenance methods and techniques.
Good understanding of the equipment, tools, and labor needed to accomplish various landscaping tasks.
Demonstrate leadership skills and previous supervisory experience of multi-person crews.
Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and specifications
Self-motivated and a quick learner.
Possess strong social, organizational and communication skills.
