Full Job Description
At Persons Services Corp. (PSC), we are looking for a Lawn Care Technician to perform lawn care maintenance duties at our local Offices. You will care for the properties by mowing grass, trimming, and pruning. The lawn care technician's responsibilities also include removing trash from the vicinity and ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored correctly. The ideal candidate is a team player with a good work ethic, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:
Caring for grass, trees, plants, and hedges by mowing, pruning, or trimming them as needed
Operate landscaping equipment such as a lawnmower, weed eater, pressure washer, and leaf blower
Rake and bag leaves, or other clean up duties
Pressure washing - sidewalks and returned equipment to the shop
Clearing the area of trash and dumping it appropriately
Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
Apply fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications
Other general landscape maintenance including mulching, watering, and planting
Be able to drive truck and trailer with lawn equipment to each office
Storing and maintaining equipment and supplies in a safe manner
Manage daily inventory in an organized manner
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
Perform other duties as assigned
