FKC-Lake Shore, a Division of Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc., the premier supplier of innovative design-build hoisting systems throughout North and South America, is seeking Laborers for our Field Service Division. FKC-Lake Shore Laborers are required to to perform installation, repair, and scheduled maintenance of customers' equipment. Mostly pertaining to, but not limited to, Hoisting Systems and ancillary equipment. This position is 100% field based. The essential functions of the position are: Operate general construction tools as needed Perform other general laborer tasks and maintain a clean work area Load, transport and unload materials, supplies and equipment Operate mobile equipment; such as forklifts and aerial lifts Installation of upgrades for improved functions on hoisting systems and related equipment The successful candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 to 2 years of stable work history in a Trade or construction-oriented environment Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision with a strong work ethic.
