Responsibilities
Oversee an assigned kitchen and bath remodeling projects from inception to completion
Communicate project related issues with the client and HomeWerks as soon as they arise
Ensure kitchen and bath projects are completed according to stipulated requirements and predetermined deadlines
Complete and submit your tax returns as a 1099 employee of HomeWerks
Requirements
8-10 years' experience in all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling to include general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, LVT flooring, drywall, taping, painting, acrylic tubs, lighting fixtures, tub panels, aluminum trim and tile skills
Must be proficient at measuring kitchen and bath spaces, cutting accurately, soldering skills a plus
Provide and ensure that your own tools and equipment are in working order
Have $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance for each General Liability and Workers Compensation or the ability to obtain
Agree to sign our Independent Contractors' Relationship agreement
Provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) through a Form W-9
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation large enough to transport materials safely to kitchen and bath project locations.
Ability to lift 80 lbs with or without accommodation
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
