Kelli's Gift Shop Suppliers is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong background in collections or a call center environment. ( This is not a position in retail. Must have high volume inbound call experience .)
Kelli's is a family-owned, wholesale distributor, providing exceptional customer service and product to hospital gift shops. Established 20 years ago, Kelli's seeks hardworking, honest, motivated individuals to help them continue their growth and success. Located in Carrollton, Texas (very close to the Addison Airport) this position will guarantee customer satisfaction through efficient order entry and problem resolution by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment.
Consistently meet performance benchmarks in all areas (speed, accuracy, and volume).
Experience in a high-volume customer service area, call center environment or up-selling.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Order Entry can include orders from fax, phone, email, Web & special accounts.
Elevated computer literacy and system adaptation.
Ability to handle 40 -70 incoming service calls per day.
Speak professionally with customers by phone.
Handle credits, customer complaints, and make appropriate adjustments.
Fill backorders.
Penetrate accounts by educating and up-selling clients on products.
Act as phone receptionist and route call(s) to the appropriate person.
Team-oriented work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Inbound call center experience
One to three years of related experience.
10 Key by touch and Keyboard Shortcuts a plus
