Description:

Looking to add an APM/ Jr. Project Manager to the team. This position will be supporting their PM/Estimating team . Position will be responsible for supporting 3 project managers with project support.

-Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects, project team to facilitate transactions of project documents.

-Work with Superintendents on site to help with scheduling, material ordering, deliveries and coordination.

-work with team to obtain permits for projects.

-Organizes and prepares owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, requests for information, purchase order agreements and updates corresponding logs

Skills:

Project coordination, Schedule meetings, Project Documents, RFI, Submittals, Blueprint, Procore, blueprints, Microsoft project

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-At least 3yr of experience working in a support role for any construction related field.

-Knowledge and understanding of construction documents: RFI, Submittal, Change-Order etc.

-Experience working with agencies to obtain project permits.

-Strong experience with Microsoft office programs. Experience with Procore preferred.
