Possess a certain degree of creativity and latitude Strong emphasis on HVAC and plumbing disciplines High attention to detail, great customer service and follow up Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently Excellent communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends Be at least 18 years of age Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
