This position will also help manage the budget, plan set, general permit compliance, and all additional site reporting requirements.RESPONSIBILITES:Coordinating project implementation ensuring all specifications are met and executed correctlyAssisting the Project Manager with subcontractor oversight/organization to ensure the project schedule is maintainedDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and forecastsWorking with the Project Manager on project status updates including budget monitoring, schedule tracking, and personnel and equipment needsManaging effective communications between technical, construction, and project controls groupsStudying plan specifications and related documents (analyzing labor, material, equipment and time requirements)Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends to generate conceptual, schematic, and hard dollar estimatesAssisting with engineering drawings and layoutsCollaborating with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, along with senior management, on project administrationPreserving confidentiality when necessaryPerforming other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper managementQUALIFICATIONS:Valid driver's license is requiredBachelor's degree or associate's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management is requiredProficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required1-3 years of relevant construction management and field experience is preferredExperience with Trimble site positioning systems is preferredSpecialized construction management training and project management training is preferred (CAP-M, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, etc.)WORK ENVIORNMENT & CONDITIONS:This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, and holidaysThis position requires working in an internal (office trailer) and external (job site) environmentIf you are required to go out onto the job site, you could be subject to the following atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system/skin: fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilationMust be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsBe subject to loud noisesPerformance Expectations:Be a motivated self-starterPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organization skillsEffectively manage time addressing a variety of project needsExecution-focused with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering quality work in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precisionSustain interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of CharahAbility to quickly analyze, interpret, and compare detailed informationAbility to work independently and as a team
