A Tier 1 automotive supplier is searching for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team.

SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Controller in the preparation of the timely and accurate financial reporting of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing, monitoring and maintaining various reports
• Assisting in the preparation of all financial analysis of the Company's financial operations and condition, including the accumulation of annual and quarterly budgets and periodic financial forecasts
• Designing, documenting and maintaining policies and procedures that support efficient and effective processes as well as maintaining strong internal controls
• Assisting in the preparation of the required information necessary for the timely and accurate completion of the annual audits of the Company and affiliated entities
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages
• Aiding the department in the financial modeling of the company's capital structure as required by leadership
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years' experience in financial reporting
• CPA designation a plus
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• ERP experience, SAP a plus
• Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
