Job Description

How You'll Make an Impact:

Successfully lead all outsourced/subcontracted maintenance activities (ie. Technical painting, grounds maintenance, elevators, etc.)
Maintain interface with clients and service providers, ensuring contract compliance with all criteria and reaching all performance metrics
Review and select winning quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and/or labor services.
Maintain all key performance indicators, including but not limited to: high levels of client and customer satisfaction; account retention; strong employee development and retention
Administer the health & safety and training programs for Sodexo subcontractors and vendors associated with services performed at the site
Able to represent Sodexo at client meetings (support General Manager and/or replace as needed)
Contribute and participate in Governance Meetings
Responsible for hiring, on-boarding, and performance evaluation of staff, where applicable.
Cross-functional support for soft facilities management services such as janitorial, logistics, and other workplace services may also be required
Responsible for achievement of financial goals, including developing & adhering to operating budgets
Investigate opportunities to expand existing service or offer additional services to the client across Hard FM and other Workplace services
Direct business practices in order to develop new and emerging business solutions for sustained growth and effective day-to-day operations

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of Operational Facilities Leadership experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or a regulated industry
Post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent functional experience required
Experience or accreditation in areas in a variety of facility management services such as MEP, HVAC, Stationary Engineering
General Contracting is an asset
Experience dealing with contractors and service providers
Excellent communication skills
Ability to select, motivate and develop people
Site-specific medical clearance required
Flexibility with schedule may be required
