Logistics Administrator

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Reports To: Director of OE Operations

Summary:

This position is maintaining/analyzing the proper inventory levels, managing supply chain and resolving shortfall risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze customer forecasting and supply chain risk

- Manage supply plan according to customer order

- Track inbound plan from manufacturing plant located in US and Overseas

- Manage production plan (Co-work with plant production team)

- Manage 3rd party warehouse/carrier for inbound/outbound & payment

- Manage Invoice documentation and Account Receivable

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience/Education/Skills:



- Bachelor's Degree or above

- Strong organizational and MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills; (Bilingual Preferred - English/Korean or English/Spanish)

  • Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
