Do you work in Outdoor Services, but you're bummed you have to work 16 hour days or all weekend long?CB Services, a growing Landscape, Lawn Maintenance, Irrigation, and Snow & Ice Management provider in the Northwest Metro is looking for qualified individuals to join our team. If you want to make an honest wage, work with a positive team, be home at a reasonable time, and very rarely work weekends; we are the right fit for you!Currently, we are seeking EXPERIENCED Full Time Lawn Maintenance and Landscape Design/Build Team Members. We operate with 16-20 personnel based on the season; so this position could potentially assist on all tasks. This position carries over into winter as a Truck, Skid, or Loader operator.MINIMUM qualifications:-Valid, Unrestricted Driver's License and ability to operate a Truck and Trailer Combo.-2-3 Years of Lawn Maintenance Experience-Minnesota Certified Pesticide Applicator in Categories A & E.-Ability to operate all required equipment proficiently, including but not limited to, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and zero turn mowers.DESIRABLE qualifications:-DOT Health Card-Detail oriented and highly organized.-Customer Service experience.-Ability to decipher upsell opportunities.-Additional Pesticide Certifications.-Equipment maintenance (oil, blades, lubrication) experience.-Ability to utilize smartphone/tablet technology for scheduling/work orders.-Professional Snow Removal Experience.BENEFITS -$20 - $25 an hour DOQ-Weekly Payroll Direct Deposit, No Cash.-Review at 30, 60, 90 Days.-Life, Short Term Disability, Accident Plan Paid 100% by Company.-Medical Insurance Funded 50% by Company. -SIMPLE IRA Retirement with Company Match.-Discounted Services and Equipment Use.-Advancement Opportunities.
