Job Description

HVAC BMS/BAS Tech III's needed in Atlanta Ga.

MUST have HVAC Tech III BMS/BAS System Controls experience to apply. This is a Full Time, Long Term position, at ATL Hartsfield-Jackson Intl. Airport. At least three or more years of experience with HVAC controls systems, including maintenance and knowledge of proprietary controls systems, such as Johnson Controls (Metasys), Honeywell, Trane, Siemens or similar BMS/BAS technologies, Blueprint schematic diagram skill is required!

Strong overall controls and troubleshooting experience with demonstrated knowledge of maintenance, repair and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment, including four-pipe AHUs, VAVs, fan coil units, pneumatic and DDC controls and their components required.

Management technologies, such as Maintenance Connection, Maximo, or similar systems, Infor, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software may also be used.

We are looking for polished professionals with good communication skills.

Associate Degree is preferred, or HS diploma, GED, and equivalent work experience required. Work schedule, 40 hours / week, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Shift, Mon-Fri.

Pay Rates $28 - $32/hr. Based on experience. Must pass pre-employment Screening and MVR check. If qualified and available:
