Essential Functions include, but are not limited to: Perform preventative maintenance and repair on general building elements. This includes interior and exterior painting, minor carpentry and other building elements.Perform daily inspections of common areas - check boilers, HVAC, fire panels, etc.Perform snow and ice removal tasksLandscaping, Mowing, Weeding, Watering, PlantingAssist in the repair of plumbing and mechanical systems, kitchen equipment, lighting, etc.Attend to guest and departmental/employee requestsComplete assigned tasks in a safe and timely mannerTrack time and materials and turn in appropriate paperwork, follow standard proceduresCommunicate with facility managers, employees, and department regarding work status - verbally and in writingPromote and exhibit safety in the work place. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional guest service.Other duties as assigned by Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, or Lead Technicians Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalentMust work well with others in a team environment and individuallyComputer skills - Ability to use a computer based work order system, timesheets, email and web based applications.Valid US Driver's License - ability to drive various company vehiclesMust be able to work unsupervised as well as part of teamMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, work in utility spaces, work in remote locations, and use resort transportation (ride lifts, groomer, ATV/UTV)Must be able to work a flexible schedule with seasonal weekend, night, and holiday requirementsMust be comfortable working outside in extreme weather conditionsJob requires standing for long periods of time, frequent walking, reaching, climbing and good balance, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.Knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools and other industry equipmentGuest service skills: Professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness.We're looking for team members whose attention to detail and commitment to phenomenal service comes naturally.
