Job Overview
City Wide Facility Solutions of Southeastern Wisconsin is actively seeking a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This position has the potential to develop into a Regional Account Compliance Manager.
The 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for working with our Independent Contractors (IC) to increase client satisfaction. You will check on facilities and coordinate with our Facility Solutions Managers to assist in resolving client concerns. You will work independently, while still being part of a team, in many different types of facilities such as; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, educational, etc. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong working relationship between City Wide, our clients and our contractor network.
Essential Functions:
Maintain regular nightly route schedule that includes southern and western parts of Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha.
Work closely with Facility Solutions Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly performance.
Build and maintain productive relationships with current and new Independent Contractors.
Participate in all new account startups to ensure success.
Utilize CRM to review client scopes of work and create an inspection of each client visit
Provide a nightly recap to Facility Solutions Managers with any issues that need immediate attention
Compensation: $17-$20/hr based on experience
Requirements
Experience with email
Ability to enter data through cell phone apps
Ability to multi-task
Reliable transportation/ability to commute to client locations
Availability to work between 4:00pm-1:00am
Bilingual in Spanish
Supervisory experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Constant sitting, bending, standing and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be comfortable driving at night.
