Small "extra income - cleaning job" -Part Time
We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in a financial office building located in the Greenwood, Delaware Market - Cleaning Is Done Five Days Each Week, Monday thru Thursdays 1:30pm - 4:30pm and Fridays 2:30pm -5:30pm. Pay Rate: $16 Per Hour
General office cleaning Cleaning Responsibilities: • Vacuum all carpeted areas • Clean all hard floor surfaces • Spot clean walls, doors, frames • Remove trash and replace liners as necessary Restroom Cleaning • Mop floors using disinfectant cleaner • Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, counter, toilet partitions, mirrors • Clean and shall all brightwork • Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, seat covers) • Remove trash and replace liners Conference rooms/ Break-rooms • Vacuum all carpeted areas • Clean all hard floor surfaces • Clean all countertops, sinks, tables, chairs, ect. • Organize furniture and reset to neat and orderly condition • Remove trash and replace liners as necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Qualifications: Attention To Detail A MUST MUST, Have Reliable Transportation To Location. MUST Have A Flexible Schedule -
This Is An "ON CALL" Position Only Previous Cleaning Experience A PLUS.
NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a Part Time employment opportunity.
