IT Help Desk Technician? Responsibilities:
  • Building / deploying new PC systems to staff members at TLC
  • Creating images of Windows PC's for deployment
  • Troubleshooting various Window's desktop software / hardware issues
  • Providing technical PC support and assistance to all staff
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - creating inventories of all PC systems / documenting PC deployments
  • Supporting various mobile devices such as iPhone / MS Surface
  • Providing technical support for remote / mobile staff

IT Help Desk Technician Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of IT experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems
  • "A+" or "Network+" is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
