Job Objectives: An Inventory coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper operation of the warehouse and all assigned duties including but not limited to the daily operation of the warehouse and all inventory. This will be accomplished through effectively and efficiently managing all company assets and responsibilities to which he or she is assigned.

Minimum Requirements: 3 to 5 years of prior warehouse and/or inventory control experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Inventory control software preferred. Experience with inventory control as well as shipping and receiving processes. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Must have ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time. Must be self-motivated and well-disciplined and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Perform the overall operations of warehouse.

- Adhere to and enforce all company safety policies and procedures and OSHA/Safety mandated requirements.

- Be responsible for all incoming inventory and ensure quantities match P.O. and no freight is damaged.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to each client.

- Handle and package all outgoing inventory.

- Pull and organize job sales orders and schedule delivery to jobsite.

- Deliveries of materials to jobsites for current and warranty projects.

- Update Director on status of all projects.

- Maintain warehouse inventory.

- Be willing to do light travel and work extended hours as required.

- Attend team meetings as required

- Coordinate waste disposal pick up and deliveries as well as maintain equipment.

- Track and control tool inventory and equipment.

- Warehouse cleanliness and order by practicing LEAN measures and a continued effort for efficiency

Education Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or technical degree preferred. Must have and maintain a current and clean driver's record.
