Job Description:

Our Client has taken a huge time and financial investment to grow their Commercial Studio. Currently the portfolio is demanding support on the government side, but there is a future need in growing the commercial sector.

They are looking to hire a mid-level interior designer. They have won a tremendous amount of work after the most recent fiscal year and are planning to continue pushing business throughout the next 5+ years with no end in sight. This person is going to be coming in to support a number of projects across the US for various government projects. They are currently in all phases of work -- from Programming to CD production. This person will be involved in all phases and will be a key component of ensuring client deliverables are met

% Breakdown:

60% -- Construction documents and getting projects out the door.

20% -- Meeting with vendors for building materials, updating library of materials: FFE selection for clients (Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment)

20% -- Programming and working through presentations with clients for new work coming online
