Description:

• The Interior Designer will work in a collaborative office environment on all phases of Corporate Interiors Projects to include programming, schematic design, production of construction documents using Revit Architecture and working with the owner and contractors through Construction Administration.
• The Interior Designer will be interfacing with clients on a regular basis to include development of presentation materials and attending client presentations and assisting with business development. For someone newer to this, they are very interested with someone who has a keen interest in getting involved with clients sooner than later.
• Most of the projects are commercial real estate brokers. She refers to them as spec-suites and they will be smaller projects within 5,000 sq. ft. that is repeat business.

3. Bachelors of Interior Design or Interior Architecture

4. Ability to Interact with clients

5. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
