Our Ophthalmic Instrument Division is currently seeking a Sales and Service Representative for our OH, KY, and WV territories. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team...we are a multi-line distributor of the finest ophthalmic instrumentation in the industry! Job Summary This position is responsible for the sales, installation, and service of ophthalmic instrumentation within the territory to the ophthalmic community. Establish goals and develop strategy to achieve Territory short-range and long-range business objectives. Position Responsibilities: + Utilize professional selling skills and best practices to produce budgeted instrument sales quota within defined sales territory. + Utilize experience, factory training and/or Walman internal support to achieve highest quality installation and service standards. + Assist and participate in the planning/attendance of National, State and Local Conventions. + Continually review and improve processes. Effectively communicate suggestions to build customer equity, increase sales, improve profitability, simplify jobs, eliminate non-value added tasks and reduce costs. + Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record that complies with the Walman Optical Co. Motor Vehicle Policy.
