Our client company is seeking an experienced I&E Engineer to provide technical support and be responsible for improving general knowledge on-site regarding electrical equipment efficiency and plant electrical safety by improving project and maintenance electrical designs.

Able to travel up to 20% required

You must be willing to:
Provide electrical engineering support in supervising execution/planning/cost estimation
Assist in maintaining/improving the plants process systems
Troubleshoot DCS/PLC issues
Develop electrical specifications/loop sheets/cable schedules/etc.
Participate in PHA/HAZOP actives

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Electrical Engineering required.
5 -8 years of related experience in industrial electrical design required
2+ years experience with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical.
Minimum 3 years work experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry.
Ability to understand P&Ids
Familiar with NEC codes/IEC standards/DCS automation/process control systems
Familiar with designing 24V 480V electrical distribution systems.
